What Kelton does
We explain how terms work in practice: the difference between an advertised payout time and bank settlement, the amount of turnover behind a bonus multiplier, and why a game’s return-to-player percentage cannot predict a single session. Examples use New Zealand dollars unless another currency is expressly identified.
Kelton is an information website. It does not take deposits, hold player balances, run casino games, accept bets or decide withdrawal disputes. An operator controls its own accounts and terms. A payment company controls its own service. Our descriptions do not replace those parties’ current documents.
Our editorial approach
Content is published under the Kelton Editorial byline. We favour named primary sources for legal and technical claims, explain the assumptions behind calculations and separate a published term from a result that has actually been observed. We do not present hypothetical examples as account tests.
Our review method describes the questions used to assess public information and the limits of that research. A number in a comparison is useful only when its meaning and conditions are clear. Uncertainty should be visible, especially where availability, promotions or payment rules can change.
A New Zealand perspective
NZD pricing, local banking questions and rugby, cricket and racing terminology shape these guides. Legal eligibility is a separate check. A recognisable brand or an international licence is not enough to establish permission to serve New Zealand customers.
Read the New Zealand gambling law guide alongside any operator information. The casino transition and the sports-betting rules are different, and a date-sensitive claim should always be checked against the linked regulator source.
Reader interests and limitations
Gambling is not a dependable way to earn money or solve financial pressure. Our guides include the costs and restrictions that a headline can leave out, together with routes to support. Describing a product does not mean it is suitable for every reader.
For a factual concern, use the contact and corrections page. It explains what information makes a correction useful and how to direct account or gambling-harm concerns to the appropriate service. We do not invent staff credentials, personal testing histories or a physical office to imply authority.
