Privacy Policy [October 2026]: Kelton Data Privacy and External Links

By Freya Williams·Updated ·Our review method

Kelton’s current website serves static pages. Its own code does not provide user accounts, collect payments, submit contact forms or install analytics. Visiting still involves your browser communicating with the hosting network, and following an external link involves another service.

Information handled by the site

The website does not ask you to register or create a profile. Its current page code does not send browsing events to an analytics platform. A correction draft prepared in the browser is not submitted to Kelton through a server-side form.

If you copy a draft into another application or send information to an external service, that application or service handles the information under its own practices. Avoid including unnecessary personal information, especially identity documents, account passwords, payment-card details or wallet recovery phrases.

Hosting and network information

The site is delivered through Cloudflare. Providing and protecting a website can involve technical information such as an IP address, the requested page, request time, browser information and security events. These records are different from an analytics script installed in the page.

Cloudflare’s privacy policy describes its handling of end-user traffic and network data. This notice does not promise that the hosting infrastructure creates no logs or uses no security cookies. Applicable storage and retention depend on the service and its configuration; we do not state an unverified fixed retention period.

Your choices and privacy concerns

You can adjust browser cookie permissions, clear site data and use browser privacy controls. See our cookie notice for the distinction between the site’s own code and hosting or destination services.

New Zealand privacy rights can include asking an organisation for access to, or correction of, personal information it holds about you. The Office of the Privacy Commissioner explains access rights. Its privacy-problem guidance describes the usual process of first raising a concern with the organisation involved.

The contact page describes the editorial contact options currently available. If your concern relates to a separate operator or payment account, direct the request to the organisation holding that information.
